12. Exercising Your Data Subject Rights

To exercise any of your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act — including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to processing — please contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 15.

jilibonus will respond to all verified data subject requests within 15 business days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 15 business days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized persons. You will not be charged a fee for exercising your data subject rights unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

13. International Data Transfers

In some cases, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where our game providers or cloud infrastructure partners are based. jilibonus ensures that any such international transfers are carried out in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act, including by implementing appropriate safeguards such as contractual data protection clauses.
